1. My Username/Password Does not work!
- Due to the nature, our cybersitter apparently blocks this content. We are aware of the situation and are currently attempting to resolve it?
6. Why does my password for the gallery NOT work?
- The username and password is DIFFERENT than your standard member password. The username and password can be found if you scroll down on the page when you click 'gallery'
7. How come when I changed my e-mail I still get information sent to my old e-mail?
- In order to officially change your e-mail in our system you must e-mail the recording secretary of your change. Changing your e-mail address in the 'configuration' page merely just changes where the 'forget password' mail is sent to. Please inform the recording secretary of the change and it will be update (ie members@springhill)
8. Why am I missing some mail from the Spring Hill Member's E-mail List?
- There could be many reasons why you are not receiving e-mails from the mailing list. Please check your SPAM folders to see if there is any messages labeled [SHCAC] in the subject line. Adjust your SPAM FILTERS appropriately to allow delievery of the messages. Your e-mail address may have been opt-out meaning the "mailman" has attempted to send you messages but your mail server keeps rejecting them (Commonly happens when your mailbox reaches it's quota). Please contact one of the admins of the list by members-owner@springhillems.org and they will either update your e-mail address or reenable your subscription. Please contact the admins with any questions you may have.
9. I'm not getting a FORGOTTEN PASSWORD e-mail
- Please e-mail mwang - at - springhillems.org with your username and EMT#. I will reset it for you. Please attempt to use the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD feature due to high volume of e-mail coming to me I can't always reset it in a timely manner.
